Has anyone tried the minimalist approach?
Just joined this forum looking for a bit of advice really.. Has anyone ever tried minimalist running?
I get a lot of injuries particularly with my knees and foot arches and was trying to research into what kind of shoes would be best for me personally and came across this shoe brand who say they make a more supportive shoe, here it is for reference https://www.vivobarefoot.com/uk/science
But i've also read it can take quite a while and be quite painful getting used to minimalist shoes, which i'm fine with if it benefits me in the long run... anyone had any experience with anything like this? They look very different to your standard running shoe and seem to be a bit pricey...
